Moving forward with EI...

Things are moving forward, albeit slowly, with a more thorough assessment for our youngest due to his brother having an ASD diagnosis. Got the referral faxed midweek (apparently the doctor noted on the referral about his older brother also requesting the thorough assessment from professionals) and just got the call today that his assessment will be in early July. The caseworker is going to change and I should get a call from that person sometime next week for introductions and such. A bit sad that there is a possibility of another one of my babies on the spectrum who won't be able to stay home with me until they're four, but glad that things are moving forward and he'll be able to get any help he needs.
