Well, ladies, looks like we are at the front of the line...

Finally! 

I started lurking on other "front liners" as they reached their birth months way back in January- watching the January, then February, than March, etc. boards as their moms faced labor questions, labor and delivery stories, and then questions about newborn care.  Every month that went by I ticked off as being one month closer to the rollar coaster ride that is labor and then the most common side effect that is labor- a newborn  

I can't believe we are at the front of the line now!

I know a lot of us have had our June Bugs- way back to little Robbie and others that ended so tragically.  But so many of us are still waiting to hold our babies and get to know our "little strangers". 

And we are the old-timers on the 3rd trimester board now!  I wisely smile and sagely shake my head at the ladies who are just joining the 3rd trimester board- especially when they talk about how long the 2nd trimester felt.  I smile because they have no idea what long feels like- at least you have a date for the end of the 1st and 2nd trimesters!  Us 3rd trimester-ers have no definate finish line to work towards.  I don't know about you ladies, but every morning I think- is today the day?  Am I ready?  And I know darn well that my due date may be June 21st, but that doesn't mean Owen may not make his arrival today..... or sometime in July (gulp!!). 

Anyway, ladies, it's our turn now.  Good luck to all of you and prayers, wishes, hopes, for speedy deliveries and healthy, happy, beautiful babies!

Too true. Being a FTM and hearing how on average we are often after our EDD, it means that last trimester is even longer!!!

We share a due date! I think I am on baby overload at this point. Too much research and information. But, I just can't stop. The fact that I could go to July makes me want to cry, I've just been so miserable. It makes me miss those 1st trimester Morning Sickness times. But, it can only last so long....right? lol
