  • My coworker is out for the next 6-8weeks because she had surgery today. While I hope everything went well, I am glad to have a 6-8 week break from her. She is high maintenance and I am exhausted.

Also I am sad that DH isn't willing to go into more debt so that we can do IVF sooner. I am normally the practical one but not when it comes to IF decisions. He is right, we should pay off our IUI bills first, then save money for IVF.

  • We've decided if we're not successful with IVF here after insurance runs out that we'll be moving. I know this is a luxurious position to be in, but I'm irritated with the fact that I have to always plan things two steps in advance rather than enjoy things as they are. Life would be easier if we didn't have all of it happening at one time, but I'm glad we'll still have time to travel.

  • I'm mad at DH because he always moves the shower head so that's it is pointing towards the shower door.  Our water upstairs takes forever to warm up so we always turn it for a minute before we get in... I know dh does this too.  I open the door and turn it on and it squirts onto the bathroom floor.  Of course, I don't think to look at the shower head before turning it on... but why does he always move it when I keep moving it back so it is facing the center of the shower and not the bathroom floor?!  I'm trying to figure out a way to permanently fix the head so he can't move it.

Mine does the essentially the saaaaame thing!  Every time I turn on the water in our walk in, the shower head sprays beyond the shower floor and onto the slick bathroom floor because he points the shower head out rather than down.

In all fairness, his pet peeve on me is that I never close our bathroom drawers tight.  I close them, but never fully.  I always leave them open a crack.  The only rhyme or reason I can pin to doing this is when I was a kid, my Mom always said, "Don't slam the drawers!"  Lesson learned, I haven't slammed a drawer since I was about four feet tall!

    Countless BFN(s)
    Moving to IVF

    FET. 2TFR'ed.

We're not entirely sure yet, but we know we'll be going somewhere that's not nearly as conservative. That alone is a breath of fresh air.

Sorry McIrish. This sure stings. I just found out one of my roommates had her 3rd and embarrassingly I didn't know she was even pregnant. I'm also the only married and childless out of our college friends.

Do what you need to do for yourself. If she didn't tell you she had the baby maybe you can get away with not sending something yet. I recently sent someone one of those bluum box subscriptions so I didn't have to shop.

Hopefully you can do something fun this weekend!
