Baby Einstein jumper question

I have the Baby Einstein jumperoo.  At what point do you raise the seat up to the next level?

We have the same jumper and I moved it up a couple weeks ago so that just his toes are touching.  He is a little over 27" if that helps at all!

You want them on their toes. If they can put their feet flat it's too low. Think about jumping on your toes and then jumping flat footed.

I moved my DD's up when she was 25-26" tall. She's probably a bit taller now and I assume in the next few weeks we'll move it up again.
