We're stuck on girl names. I've been scouring baby name boards for something "new" that grabs me. So far nothing is doing the trick. Now that we're actually pg, I feel a little more pressure (even thought there is TONS of time).
Our list so far is:
Stella
Norah
Giuliana
Lucia
Lucy
and the newest maybe is Aislyn
Middle name will be Caroline.
Thoughts on each?
Re: Girls names
I think all of the names on your list are beautiful. My favorites are Norah and Stella. Caroline sounds great with both of those.
I very strongly dislike Aislyn assuming you pronounce it "Az-lynn." A friend of mine named her daughter that and the nick names (Az or Azzy) make me cringe. Plus, everyone butchers the name.
From your list, I like Norah the best.
I love Stella, Norah, and Lucy. My favorite combination is Lucy Caroline, but all three sound great.
Giuliana and Lucia are nice names, just not my style. I don't really care for Aislyn.

Stellai ok
Norah cant stand
Giuliana love
Lucia love more(if pronounced italian way)
Lucy- do not like
and the newest maybe is Aislyn- the worst, horrible
Aislyn is a modern variant of the Celtic name Aisling, which is pronounced Ash-ling. I imagine this name would be pronounced similarly (Ash-lyn, perhaps).
Agreed on everything.
