I saw in one of your posts that you and your DH meditate. I have always wanted to meditate, I feel like it would be really helpful for me. Do you have any good advice or recommendations for someone to start?

    Absolutely. As soon as I can dig into all of my school stuff I will PM the sources. Before we were married I worked with a Therapist and used self hypnosis as a mode of treatment. I swear. by. it. I also used it for labor and it was the most peaceful experience of my life!

    Somewhere to start would be breathing techniques. I like the ayurveda style

    Once you have breathing techniques down start with self affirming statements (e.g., I am becoming more and more clear minded or I am becoming XYZ).
