Record keeping sheets?

Where do you find them? As far as keeping times of diapering, feedings, etc?

I just kept a pad of paper on the fridge and wrote down times as I went. I'm sure if you google though you might be able to find a pdf file that has some type of chart that would work. 

ETA: I found this and it seems to be a pretty decent layout.

They'll give you some at the hospital too. But there are also some great apps for the iPhone for that. I think the one I used was baby log

I just jotted down feedings/diapers/naps in a notebook when DS was born.  I was a little obsessive and kept it up for a few months....  But, it's neat to look back at it now and see every little aspect of his life when he was so tiny!
