Need Some Ideas for Added Fat in Milk Allergy Diet

DS has a dairy allergy, and we've started giving him soy milk, which he likes. He still nurses 5x a day, but I'm planning on weaning in the next six months. When he's weaned, how can I make sure that he'll be getting the fat he needs without WCM? I know about olive oil and avocado, but are there any other ways? Thanks! Avocado is a good one too.  ETA - I can't read.   All nut butters will be good.  Eggs/yolks or some soy cheeses.

I know some that are lactose intolerant can still do cheeses and such-is that an option?

    Other ideas not already mentioned-

    ground beef

    nuts/peanut butter

    soy milk

anything coconut milk related - coconut oil, coconut yogurt, coconut butter (earth balance is making one now) We would make stir fry or a mild curry with coconut milk from the can in it. Or use coconut milk from a can in smoothies. Also, the coconut milk sub has a lot of good fat in it.

soy yogurt, lots of nuts, Lara Bars are great.

We used Earth Balance as our "butter" and did a lot of toast with EB and nut butter. Also did pasta with EB and Nutritional Yeast. Yum.

We did make a lot of healthy cookies and muffins with dried fruits, nuts and chocolate chips (giradelli makes dairy free ones)

Trying to think of other things PP haven't said... LO was diary free up until a few months ago.

We're in a similar situation, dairy protein allergy, and we use a lot of sesame seed oil. I add it to veggies, pasta, or pretty much anything.

I don't think I saw humus or Ritz crackers mentioned.  Both are dairy free and recommended by our dietitian.  Egg yolks are a great one.  She also recommended creamed corn.

Unfortunately, no. No milk, no cheese, no yogurt, etc.

I'm gluten/dairy free and fat is not something I have trouble getting in my diet. ;)

As mentioned, nut butters (peanut, almond, etc.), seed butters (sunflower seed), eggs, avocado, flax meal in oatmeal (or other hot cereals), butter or olive oil on veggies, and fatty fishes.  I also use a lot of coconut milk (for drinking/cereal - I like it WAY better than soy for taste and health reasons), and they make coconut milk yogurt, kefir, and ice cream as well.

(ETA: sorry, when I say "butter", I mean my butter - which is Earth Balance (dairy free).  I just make it easier on DD when she asks for butter on her muffins ;) )
