So...the summer weather is here and it appears that I won't be seeing a pair of shoes for a while. I'm about 26 weeks and my feet, ankles, and legs are resembling summer BBQ treats rather them the former stems I once had. I keep my feet elevated when I can, I drink obscene amounts of water, I have cut back on salt to no avail. Any other tips out there???
Not much you can do other then what you're doing! With my first I had the worst sausage legs from the knees down. I can remember having trouble getting my pants far enough down to neatly give a urine sample (gross but true!)...
My doctor has me drinking a whole fresh squeezed lemon in my water daily and it has helped so much I am amazed. Still swollen some but not as bad and definitely not as painfully.
