Shooting pain?

I have been getting a shooting pain in the lower abdomen. If i put pressure on it and stop moving the pain will stop. I don't know how to explain it, other than just a really sharp pain...any thoughts!

    Possibly RLP. I had something similar and laying on my left side helped. You could also lay on a heating pad on low heat for a little bit. Mine last a couple hours the first time.

    If your unsure call the doctors office.
