I'll be 15 weeks in a few days, and I haven't made a Facebook announcement. My family is constantly asking me why and bugging me about it. My family and close friends know, but that's about it.
I'm going on vacation with DH and some friends at ~20 weeks and I can pretty much guarantee that someone with post pictures on Facebook. I figure I'll make an announcement around that time.
