does anyone have a double bob stroller?

I heard that you can take the snack tray off one side on the new double bobs and use it with a car seat that way instead of having to buy the car seat adapter... does this work?   is it safe?

that's how the old ones were but it doesn't look that way with the new ones at least from the website. I have a 2010.  The infant seat adapter and snack tray was all one thing but the new ones don't look like that. I'd call BOB and ask them before you buy anything. You don't want to spend waste money if it doesn't work since the infant seat adapter comes with a snack tray
