Which homemade detergent is best?

-baking soda (sodium bicarbonate)
-oxygen cleaner (sodium percarbonate and sodium carbonate)
-washing soda (sodium carbonate)

  • I'd go with the first one because the borax can help with hard water.   I have no idea how baking soda reacts with the other cleaners, but the first one is used on this board by many people.
