My DS is Tyler, and it's my favorite from your boy list. Good news, he does not have ADHD or any other issues lol. He is also the only Tyler of I've 100 kindergarten ears at the school (there are a ton of Aiden's and -ayden's though). It's also on the decline for popularity and I love the NN Ty. I like Savannah from the girl's list, DH was pulling for Hailey with our DD, but it's a little to popular for me (I am pickier over girl names).
I love Tyler and I like any of the other girl names you have. My name was #7 for my birth year and I wouldn't wish that on anyone. We haven purposely chosen names for our children that are off the charts. HTH
Addison: Not cute. Also, there are a million Addie/Maddies, which is like the "Jenn" of this generation. Savannah: NMS I get a down-market vibe from this name, but I don't have a legitimate reason why. Claire: Lovely. Simple and timeless. Hailey: So 90s. Not bad, but not stylish, either. Natalie: NMS, but a very nice name.
Tyler: This is kinda 90s, too, but not bad. NN Ty is cool. Carter: NMS, it sounds harsh to me. Also, it seems played out. Aiden: Look, I still like Aidan (this spelling). It's a very handsome name. But think about how many Mike or Chris or Matt or John's you know. This is what Aidan is = nice, but typical and unimaginative. Boring, even.
Claire: Classic and elegant, though I think I prefer it as a middle name.
Hailey: This name was on our list until recently. I still like the sound of it, but worry it's just going to be lumped in with the popular names ending in "lee" for girls.
Natalie: I've always loved this name!
Tyler: I like it, but it's definitely not my favorite. Just "ok" in my book.
Aiden: Way, way too popular for my taste. I used to like it when it wasn't as popular though.
Carter: It's cute, but really NMS and a little plain.
My vote would go to Natalie (Natalie Claire?) and Tyler or Aiden if you don't mind the popularity of Aiden.
Re: Our Baby
Addison: Too trendy, but I do think Addie is cute, despite the superabundance of Addies and Maddies.
Savannah: I have an irrational dislike of this name. I much prefer Hannah or Susanna. There's nothing really wrong with it, though.
Claire: Lovely.
Hailey: Dislike. Trendy, juvenile.
Natalie: Lovely.
Tyler: Fine. Not super exciting, but fine.
Carter: Ditto.
Aiden: If you're going to use it, use Aidan.

I like Claire and Natalie a lot.
I like Tyler the best for boys and Carter is fine too.
A lot of these are too trendy for my taste. If I had to choose, I would select Claire and Natalie and Tyler. They are less trendy, more classic.
I love Savannah, Claire and Hailey. Despise Addison and Natalie is just ok.
I love Tyler, like Carter and am sick of hearing Aiden.
Congrats!
I really like Savannah and Natalie
Claire is okay.
I don't like Addison or Hailey
For your boys names I really like Aiden and Carter. I dislike Tyler.

Love natalie
like claire
savannah is ok
do not like addisson or hailey at all
tyler is ok do not like the other 2
I don't really agree with this - Natalie is a French name. Natalia is Russian. There isn't really a tie to Italian at all.
As for your names...
Girl: Addison-way too trendy and not even that pretty
Savannah-I also strongly dislike this name and prefer Hannah or Susannah. No particular reason why, though.
Claire-beautiful name
Hailey-cute, but I also don't think it ages well.
Natalie-beautiful
Boy: Tyler-normal name, pretty boring
Carter-decent, but not my fave
Aiden-way too trendy
My exact opinions on these names.
