those that use the ameda purely yours pump ?

I use this pump and love it, but recently I have noticed that the pump seems to be letting more air in. I hope this makes sense, milk is getting in all parts of the suction cup part, and up around the rubber pump. Does this mean I need to replace a part to make the seal tighter? Does any one know? TIA

you mean like the rubber cylinder/diaphragm? it's not actually getting into the cap and tube, though, right?

When milk splashes back and gets on the clearish rubber cup things, then you need to replace the white valves.  You may also hear a hissing sound.  The valve just has a tear in it, so it's not able to create good suction.  I just bought 5 on Amazon for $13.
