I thought it was because it was really cold, but then I put it in the microwave for a couple of seconds and he still isn't drinking it. Then I put a little bit of chocolate mix in it, he loved it. But I really don't wanna make that a habit... Right now he is on formula. What should I do?
My LO won't drink whole milk either. She loves cheese and yogurt and other dairy. We tried mixing it with formula on several occassions and she puked it all up. We went back to all formula. We'll try the milk again in a few weeks.
Our pedi had us stop formula cold turkey (and bottles) and it took DD about 3 days of just constantly offering it to get her to take it. Pedi said that since she needs more table food than milk now that it was ok if she didn't drink bottles through out the day just to offer it to her with meals and water with snacks. She is now drinking about 14oz a day.
Re: Eli will not drink whole milk..
Mix the formula and the milk. Start with mostly formula. Every few days add a little more milk until he'd drinking WCM.

We started with 7oz BM 1oz WCM, than a few days later 6oz BM 2 oz WCM, we are now on 5 oz BM and 3oz WCM. Just slow and steady.
This is what we did. It took us a few weeks to transition over to all milk.
