Baby not slept well since Friday

I posted over the weekend about my baby just refusing to sleep suddenly. It started on Friday afternoon she was restless and fussy. She was up from about 4 pm until 5:45 am. I would be able to get her to sleep for 15 or 20 mins then she would be up crying. The next few night she took 3 or 4 hours to get to sleep but would then sleep for 5 hours. Yesterday she started to be restless during naps again and we have been trying to get her to sleep since 9 pm and now at 6 am she is finally asleep but I have no idea how long it will last. She is ebf. She has been very gassy since birth and always grunting and straining even in her sleep. We have started doing gas droops at every feeding. I tried her swing and white noise. I do a bath every night and tried rocking her to sleep. We have the happiest baby on the block and do the 5 s's .. She does not really calm down when held. Could this be a growth spurt? She is not eating any more than she had been still about 2-3 hours . I don't know what to do.

Wow, that seems like a long time to be going without really sleeping. How old is your baby? It might be a growth spurt. Their sleep gets all messed up for a few days and they are basically fussy all the time. Have you tried feeding her more often? Does she fall asleep when nursing?

Have you tried wearing her in a carrier or sling or holding her and bouncing on a yoga ball? DD1 was very much like this during the day for the first few months, but was so exhausted at night she would usually fall asleep quickly, just wake up a ton. I think she was hungry all the time b/c her sleep did not really sort out until we introduced solids at 6 months and even then she was still up a few times at night until she could drink whole milk. Also, she hated her swing until she was about 2.5 months, then that was the only place she would nap in.
