Re: How many pounds is your LO estimated to be?

  • I had a u/s at 36 weeks and she was estimated to be 5lbs 10 oz.  He said if I go full term he would guess her to be about 7-7 1/2lbs.  DD #1 was born at 38wks3days and was 6lbs2oz.

  • At 36 weeks Kayla was estimated at 6lb7oz - she was born at 38 weeks at 6lb6oz.  So the estimate was .5-1lb over.  My son was also overestimated by 1+lbs.

  • I had a u/s at 34 weeks, at which point LO was estimated to be 6+lbs. They estimated that if LO is born at 40 weeks he will be 9+lbs. Only time will tell!

  • At 36 weeks he was estimated at 8lbs9oz.

  • At my u/s last week dr est ava to weigh 8lb and 14oz already :(. Yah im freaking out right now
  • No idea.  I haven't had an ultrasound since 28weeks.  DD was 9lbs 1oz and I'm carrying a little smaller.  I also won't be going 2wks late this time.   So, my very uneducated guess is somewhere in the 8lb range.

  • At my 32 week ultrasound he was only 3 lbs something. They estimated him to be around 5 1/2 lbs full term. I have another ultrasound tomorrow to find out how he's grown, so we'll see!

  • At 35 weeks he estimated a little over 6 pounds. I'm getting a size ultrasound next week to get a better idea but even those can be off by 20%.
  • at 36 weeks she was measuring via ultrasound 6 lbs, 6 oz. so we are looking at about 8 and a half come 40 weeks, I have another ultrasound tuesday so we will see how much she has grown!

  • At my appt yesterday, the ultrasound tech estimated he's currently 6lbs 12oz and I am 36 weeks. I take these estimates with a grain of salt since they were way off when I was pregnant with DD. They told me she's be 8-8.5lbs at delivery, she was only 2 days early and weighed in at 6lbs 14oz.

  • I am 36 weeks, and baby is measuring at 7pounds (38 weeks). But I am also a T1 diabetic, so its not unusual for baby to be big.

  • I am 38 weeks and our LO measured 7lb 8 oz yesterday.

  • Had US today. 6 lbs 8 oz.

  • My dr thought he'd be between 8.5-9 if I went to my due date. He was 8 lbs 14 ounces when I delivered at a little over 39 wks so she was close.
