TTC After a Loss

I've been back 5 seconds and I already have a request/question

I started provera on thursday and on friday my temp went up, indicating possible O. Do you think it's a coincidence or does provera trick your body into thinking it's in the last part of your cycle from O to AF? If you look at my chart, there seems to be a pattern...I thought I O'ed on CD 48 too, but then no AF so FF took my crosshairs away. Either way I'm hoping it's a good sign that I will see AF in the near future. TIA for opinions!

Re: I've been back 5 seconds and I already have a request/question

  • B/c provera is chemical progesterone, your temp will rise.  This will give you CH on FF.  I noticed that when I was on prometrium (like provera) in March.  There was a temperature shift, though not as pronounced as the cycle I didn't use any medication.

That's what I was thinking, but Dr. Google had no clear answers for me. Other than the temp shift I had no O symptoms, so I was skeptical that I actually did.

    Thanks for the help!

    P.S. that's why I love it here....you guys know so much! <3
