6 weeks and getting period already? TMI

I started bleeding a little today...could it still be spotting from after c-section/birth or is this already my period....UGH..wasn't expecting it so soon

(also, im not breast feeding, if that helps with with coming up with the answer to this question  :)  )

    I'm exclusively breastfeeding on demand, and I got my period at 7 weeks.  I was shocked.

    I breast feed and pump and had mine at 6 weeks (oh and c-section too).

    I'm at 4wks and haven't stopped bleeding from delivery. But I had a vag birth. It's super light but the doc told me to expect it. I have no idea when my period will come after this.
