Strange pain last night

I woke up around midnight with a pain towards the top of my belly.  It wasn't like a contraction because it lasted for about 20 mins and my belly was not hard.  My husband got me some water and called the doctor.  By the time the doctor called us back it had went away and he said to come in if it came back.  It did not come back again but I was pretty scared.  I have been feeling baby move all over the place still but I am still a little worried about what that was.  

Anyone else experience anything like this?

I haven't had any pain as long as 20 minutes, but I've had random pains on my belly occasionally, and some of them have lasted quite awhile... I think mine was just RLP, though, because I always got them right after moving suddenly. Is it possible that you just rolled over funny and pulled on some ligaments that didn't want to be stretched that way?

I had a terrible pain a couple of weeks ago that woke me up from a dead sleep and did not go away from 10-15 min and did not feel better if I layed down or sat up.  It was super scary but I think it was just a really really bad gas pain b/c I got up and walked around and once I got some air out I started to feel better (I think I ate too late and went to bed right after so that was my own fault).  But it was scary and it did last a while, could it be that?
