Hypnobabies in Columbus!

Yay! My good friend used Hypnobabies with her 1st baby and had an amazing experience! I am 12weeks pregnant now and just signed up for my hypnobabies course! They say it is never to early to take the class so I am super excited! If you haven't looked into it, I would recommend you do! Hypnobabies.com has some great birth stories and youtube also has birth videos. Women have their babies totally relaxed and comfortable! Anyone else doing Hypnobabies?

Yes, I was excited to read about it! I bought the book, and I am planning on having a doula. I am not sure that I have time to take the course, but I am planning to read up on it! I love yoga, and have been practicing some meditation, so I am thinking learning hypnobirthing will be a really useful skill.

I love yoga too! I have a pregnancy yoga dvd that I have been doing. I started my Hypnobabies class 3 weeks ago and am really enjoying it. It is a ton more information than I expected. I guess I thought we would just do Hypnosis stuff the whole time, but it is a very in depth childbirth class (hence the title Hypnobabies Childbirth Education) duh! So glad I signed up for it. My confidence is rising, and I don't seem to be as nervous or scared when I think about giving birth. My husband loves the class too! Which I am relieved because he can be pretty skeptical about things. Can't wait to put my Hypnobabies technique into action!

I have also recently heard about hypnobabies. looks really interesting, and it seems that there are a lot of good reviews. I'll have to look into it for this pregnancy. My last birth was pretty challenging and it seems like every one reports a pretty easy birth when using hypnobabies.
