My DD is almost 6 weeks and goes about 3-4 hours between feedings. She only gets formula and takes 4oz a feeding. At night she will take 5-6oz go 6-8 hours between feedings (if we are lucky).

I EBF and can get up to 4 hrs a night and as little as an hour during the day. We are feeding by demand but I am trying to stretch out the day time feedings so I am not just sitting on the couch nursing all day.
I'd say on average we are 1:45 during the day when he is not napping.

My daughter is 6 weeks, and she now sleeps about 2-2.5 hours (maybe even 3 sometimes) during the day taking 3-3.5 oz. At night, she sleeps 6-7 hours and we'll give her 4 oz. We feed her formula We just decided to let her sleep and feed her on demand and she hasn't had any issues with gaining weight or whatnot. My pediatrician told me it's not recommended to let them sleep if breastfeeding because of the production of milk wouldn't be quite on schedule.
I'm a new mom so I'm not sure of the truth to that!
My son is 4wks today and he eats 4oz of formula at his feedings. When he's awake a lot he'll eat every 3 1/2 to 4hrs. At night if he's sleeping good he'll go a good 4hrs between feedings. Only once has he slept for 5hrs at night. I think we'll be feeding him more very soon though because his feedings are starting to get closer together.
We are EBF'ing and she goes 3 hours during the day and then at night she goes down for 6-7 hours. The first week we were waking her up to eat every 2.5 hours and the doctor said as long as she is sleeping to let her go. A hungry baby will not sleep.
She usually will eat every 2 1/2 - 3 hours. Night time she may go 4 hours, but she still eats pretty frequently. She usually will take one good nap in the morning and sleep for 4-5 hours. I do not wake her, but I don't have to. She wakes up herself.
She will be 5 weeks on Thursday and I never wake her to feed. She has made herself a nice little schedule and I don't wanna mess with it! She is EBF and nurses every 2 - 2.5 hours during the day, early evening she will have a stretch of every1.5 -2 hours and then at night we have 4-5 hour stretches. So the little cluster feed is well worth it for a night of actual sleep!
My daughter is eight weeks old and eating every three hours and sleeping thru the night w/out eating for eight hours. We have found putting her on a schudule has worked wonders. Often times when she has her first two feedings of the day she is asleep. Hope this helps! Good luck!!
Mt breast fed dd eats every 3 hrs during the day and goes 6 hours plus or minus an hour at night. I don't wake to feed even during the day. Yesterday she was napping and went 4.5 hrs between feelings.
