sharp pain

Last night in the middle of the night I rolled over to switch sides and all of the sudden I got this extremely sharp pain between my hip and groin.  It went away after about 20-30 seconds so I'm not particularly worried about it but I wanted to know if anyone else had this happen.  Any solutions?

    I have on my left side a few times. I think it's ligaments stretching out, or something like that. If you're worried you can call your OB about it. I don't have any solutions about dealing with, though.

    Yes I get it in that spot every once in while, I think it is everything is just stretching.

    I've had this pain quite a bit and I asked doc and it's ligament stretching.  At this point, I pretty much attribute all pains to that since it seems to be the most common reason!
