i dont know if this is a big no-no (FTM here!) but with the weather getting warmer and warmer, would it make baby cooler if my pumped milk from the fridge is given to him? kinda like cold water cools us down? or does the milk absolutely HAVE to be warm?
Re: cold milk?
My LO is 3 months old and I breastfeed and give bottle pumped breast milk. He gets it cool/cold (frig temp.) and/or warm. He has been handling it just fine without problems. Hope this helps. Con-grates on your new LO!!
thank you for this, i just want to make sure the cold milk doesnt have less nutrients or whatever.
and thanks! i could never be happier!!!

Actually, if I'm remembering correctly here, heating up anything BM, formula even our food, kills some nutrients.
J will take his bottle warm, room temp or cold. We def prefer cold if it's warm out and he seems to enjoy it just as much. But having the option for room temp or cold makes it so much easier to take him places.
