Updates from the RE

Well I went in on Friday for an ultrasound and office visit but wasn't able to do the ultrasound,  I went back today for that.  You can read the details in my blog, it was nuts.  We were able to talk a little bit about donor embryos and costs related to all our options.  We still want to try with our own gametes first but we are definitely open to it in the future, depending on my response.  She also ordered anti-phospholipid levels and another AMH test per my request.  She agreed to get everything out of the way so there won't be any more delays after DH's next SA.

We will most likely be freezing sperm next time around just in case this happens again.  Who would have thought?

My ultrasound revealed 7 follies total, dominant on the left at 10mm.  Lining was at 4.5.  They want to see me back on Thursday to check things again.  They also did a doppler to check the blood flow.  I'm going to post a second time with a question regarding this.

Thanks for all the well wishes and I'm glad we ended up meeting.  I feel like I'm at least doing something instead of nothing for the next three months.
