I went in for my u/s this morning and I have 15 follicles, ranging from 17 - 19mm with a lead at 22mm. My E2 was 2800. Dr said to trigger at 9:30 tonight, ER on Tues at 9:30am. Does anyone know what is considered too large for follicle size? I know my dr wanted them to be at least 18mm because are doing ICSI. But I am wondering how much more they will grow over the next couple days.
I am really nervous for the ER, mostly because when I don't eat for long periods of time my blood sugar drops. What are your experiences during ER? Are you out right away or do you lay there in a transition period until the meds knock you out?
Re: Trigger Tonight!
My largest was 22mm at trigger. The follies may grow another 2mm or so by the time of ER.
Once I was in the procedure room, they had some prep work with putting monitors on me, but once they stuck the IV in me, it wasn't long before I was out and the next thing I knew I woke up in the recovery room. Good luck!

You used 2 pre-filled syringes of Ovidrel? I only used 1. But I had to take all of my stims yesterday too. What are your follicles like?
