I love Elisabeth (spelled that way), but I can't say that I love Autumn.  Your older daughter's name is SO classic and awesome, and I just don't feel like "Autumn" fits with it.  Autumn just seems dated to me...like 1980's or something.

Yeah thats what I was kind of thinking :-/ Thanks for the feedback!

  • I wouldn't personally use it, but I don't necessarily dislike it. I love that you paired it with a very classic, elegant middle name. I also think Autumn Elisabeth and Ruby Catherine make a great sibset!

I think it is a fine name. It does NOT sound stripperish.

I love the name Autumn and think Autumn Elisabeth is lovely. That said, if you are wanting a sibset with the same style of names, I don't think Ruby and Autumn pair very well.

  • I've read on here before that some people think Autumn is stripper-ish.  I don't think it is; I just think it's kind of dated.

That said, I don't think it sounds bad with Ruby.

  • Autumn has a very dated, 1980s connotation to me.
