Is it worth while to bring my Brest Friend pillow to the hospital with me when I go to deliver my girls? Just trying to make sure I'll have everything I'll need while I'm there.

Yes, definitely. My situation is a little different since my boys have been in the NICU since birth, but the hospital LC has been helping me learn to tandem feed. She said she loves it when MoMs bring their twin nursing pillow and she can help them.

I took mine but honestly, my advice is to leave it in your car. You don't really need it to feed one baby at a time and tandem feeding that early is unlikely. But you'd have it in your car if you did want to do it. Using it on a hospital bed was awkward. Pillows worked better.

I found the same thing. I had a C-section and it was too uncomfortable to put the bed upright enough to use the twin nursing pillow in the beginning (they would just slide down between the pillow and my stomach if I wasn't sitting completely upright). I used pillows until about day 3.
Re: To bring or not to bring
Yes, take it. The nurses can show you how to use it so it isn't a guessing game when you get home.
Take anything that you think will make you comfortable. GL-
