has my period gone??  not that im complaining, but its kinda freaking me out!  how long does it usually take to come back?  going onto 10 weeks pp this week.

I hear if you breastfeed it may not come back until you wean. If you formula feed, I do not know. I FF and had my period back at 5 weeks PP.

If you are BF'ing it can take quite awhile. With My first I BF until she was 9 months but I did get it back around the 6 month mark.

My sister has a 10 month old that she is still BFing and she hasn't gotten hers yet. But here I am, 10 weeks PP, and even though I'm BFing too it came today!

I bf DD1 for 15 months and never got my period since I ended up pregnant with DD2 about that time. Some people will get it within a month or so even if they bf, it really depends.

I exclusively BF and didn't get my period back till 8 months pp.

I was 13 months pp when I got my period after DS1, who was breastfed.

I didn't get mine with DS until he was 9mo. DD is 7.5wms & I have no signs of getting it.
