5 days over due...getting some extra time with DS

Although I'd love to have my baby girl in my arms, being over due has allowed me a little extra special time with DS. We've gone to the children's museum and to a new park, he's been really enjoying all the extra attention. Part of me knows this part our of lives is coming to an end but at least DD is giving her big bro a few extra days as an only child!

At this rate though, I'll just barely have 2U2 as the days to DS' 2nd birthday are going by quickly!

I've realized this is a pretty bitter sweet time. Im ready to not be pg anymore and excited for another LO but sad that the days of just me and dd are coming to an end.

I went overdue a well. I agree the extra time is really nice with LO plus it helps to keep your mind off being overdue...a little:). I hope the transition goes smoothly for you!
