Nipple Shield

This may be sort of strange, but I had purchased a nipple shield during the first week of DD's life because we were having breastfeeding troubles.  I opened the package, washed it with soap & water and then ended up not using it because things turned around.  Since this thing was like $8-9, and never used, but obviously can't be returned, could anyone here use it?  I would be happy to mail it to anyone that would interested.
