Is it me or does today royally suck? (long)

From the lurking I've done today, it seems a lot of us are having a bad day!
NTTCAL related, but I'm studying to be an Aesthetician currently, and our school has a fully-functioning spa that we get to work in with clients. It's pretty cool, but some of them just don't understand that we're STUDENTS and we might not know absolutely everything yet, and that we have restrictions. Anyway, this woman today brought her twelve-year-old in for a facial, and she had acne. The mother had me do extractions (glorified zit-popping) and kept trying to force me to pop all the white heads, which we're not allowed to touch!! I told her maybe 50 times that I wasn't allowed to pop any of them unless they were black heads that were ready to extract. There was also a language barrier, the mask stung her face, and her mother was micro managing my every move. It was so stressful that by the end I wanted to just kick her out the door. -___- UGH.

 Sorry for the long post, I hope everybody is having a more tolerable day than I. **hugs for everyone**

That is super-annoying, I would be so nervous having her mom right there butting in while you're trying to work!
