I feel sort of crampy, but unlike normal cramps it is like a strip of cramping in my lower abdominal area(idk if that makes sense?) I have felt this way for about an hour now. Not horribly painful just more uncomfortable than anything.
I think it's the uterus growing. I get all crampy like that one or two days a week after I've hit a new week. It's on and off all day and usually if I force stick my stomach out, it helps to relieve it for a bit . I think my muscles are just getting tighter from stretching..

This sounds like what I've been experiencing.
My doctor told me round ligament pain is typically felt more on your lower left side kind of at an angle extending into your groin.
I have also been feeling pain up above my belly to the right. He said that could be the effects of round ligament pain, or it could also be my gall bladder.

I have been having major pain on the left side of my abdomen all the way up and down - not just in the groin area, not quick and stabby but constant. I thought it was a cyst on my left ovary and the doctor didn't see anything on the u/s. He thinks this is just stretching and round ligament pain. He said that it can feel pretty much like anything. Not very helpful huh? Mine is also very tender to the touch and has been around for 2 days constant now.

Thanks so much for your feedback ladies! It finally went away last night so I am just assuming it was my uterus streching...which is actually pretty exciting
I've been experiencing something like that almost all day long. It's like a quick twinge on my left side every so often. Sometimes a second between and sometimes a minute between. I got scared at first, but now I'm not so much. Thanks for talking about this! Lol.
