Hello,
I am sure you get this question all the time, but are double strollers a good idea? I know I am asking early, but I saw the Kolocraft contours stroller on craigslist and am wondering if I should get it. The seats swivel so that the kids can face each other if they want. My 2 will be about 18 months apart. Thanks!
Re: Double stroller? Kolocraft?
If you like the look/function of the kolcraft, try looking for a Baby Jogger City Select (on craig's list of course, it's way to expensive new!). I've had both, and the kolcraft (while a great price) is very heavy, longer, and harder to push. The BJCS might cost you a bit more, but it's so much easier to use, take in and out of the car, and the seats accommodate larger children.
As for needing a double or not, it's really up to the family. A lot of 2 under 2 mom's wear the LO and just use a single. I live in my double (in fact I have several doubles) and I can't imagine going out without them.
