KaWaii GNHWs leak issues

Ugh.  I am so fed up with these diapers, but I don't know what else to try.  My DS sleeps from 7:30 pm until about 6:30 am, and 9 times out of 10 he has soaked through his PJs. 

Things I have tried:

 - 2 MF inserts

- MF, hemp 

- MF, hemp, MF 

- MF, MF, hemp

- MF, hemp, hemp

- Putting the covers in the dryer to seal the PUL

- Adjusting the snap settings for a different fit 

And they still leak!  It doesn't matter what I do!  Sometimes it leaks through the label, sometimes at the legs, sometimes out the back, and sometimes all three.  I feel like it's less an issue with the inserts and more an issue with the cover.

Is there something I haven't tried, or are these diapers hopeless?  What other nighttime diapers do you recommend for a 5 month-old super-ridiculous heavy wetter?

We do have some prefolds...I'll give that a try!

I hate the put the diaper on tighter than it already is because he always has red marks on his little legs in the morning. 

The nighttime diapers are the only pockets we have.  During the day we use Flips.

I have a heavy wetter.  I use the Kawaiis and we no longer can use MF with them  I use TWO Joey Bunz Premium Hemp Inserts AND one AFF hemp insert.  Its a lot of hemp but the only thing that works on him anymore.

Do you have any other pockets? We used to use CBs with a hemp until they got too big for her Now we use the swaddlebees deluxe with the MF and 2 hemps, and it works just fine. GNHWs never worked for us.

I had a similar issue.  I now use them for naps and that works.  For nighttime I use a Flip cover with one of the organic Flip prefolds and two hemp inserts.  I think that the organic Flip works so well because the pee absorbs the second she goes without needing pressure like MF.
