I am really freaking out and I hope this is the right place to post this, but I desperately need some advice.

My period is a week late, and the only time it has ever been this late has been when I was pregnant with DS and with DD. I took a test two days ago and got a bfn. However, it still hasn't come and I am starting to feel nauseous, which always happens when I'm around 6 weeks.

I know all of this could be because I am only 7 months postpartum with DD, but there is a definite possibility that #3 could be on his/her way.

My question is: should I take another test and how soon should I do it?

I'm freaking out about the possibility of 3 under 3!

I'd wait a week and test again.  Stressing about it can also cause you to be late as well, so if you can, try to concentrate on other things. GL, and if you survived 2 under 2, 3 under 3 isn't that different!

If the test was negative, you're likely not pregnant. The probability that you're 6 weeks pregnant and still getting BFN is unbelievably low. Your symptoms are most likely due to PP hormones.

I would keep testing every few days until you get AF or a BFP.
