Very tight feeling?

Hi:

So things are starting to change a bit. I lost more of my plug today and had some bloody show. Plus the loose bowels everyone has told me about. For about 4 hours now, I have had this really tight feeling across my back & abdomen. I don't think I am having contractions yet, although there has been some mild cramping. But anyone else have or know what the tightness is? Is this a sign of anything? I am pretty sure it will still be a few days, but then who knows. Oh, when he finally totally engages into the pelvis, does it really feel like your vagina will fall out? I don't have that yet either, just a good amount of pressure when I am upright.

I had that tight lower back feeling either yesterday or the day before and im still here. No sign of a plug though. When I was 28 weeks my baby dropped really low and it really felt like he was going to fall out. That being said this is my second baby and I never felt any weirdness with my first. Ive been told you can feel alot more the more babies you've had and its proven true thus far.
