Should I be worried?

3rd monitoring was today. Sunday gonal f was lowered to 112.5 b/c estrogen level was high 375. Today's blood results showed estrogen level went up to 1100. So they lowered gonal f to 75 n 1/2 of menopur vial. I asked the nurse if I should be alarmed. She said No, but I have to go back tomorrow b/c they have to keep a close on me. Do u think I should be alarmed? I don't want to have my cycle canceled.  

Me:30, DH:33 TTC : 2010 Dx: March 2011 Azoospermia. TESE Feb 2012, Sperm was found. Me:All Blood work are good. Tubes are clear. IVF w/ICSI May 2012, 5/27/12: 12R, 3F, 5/30/12: 2T HPT:6/9/12 = BFP!     I wish I had some word of wisdom, but I don't. Atleast they're watching you closely! I hope tomorrow brings better news.
    3 ectopic pregnancies (EDD's 1/30/12-tube removed, 6/2/12-methotrexate and 10/2/12-methotrexate)
    IVF and Natural FET resulted in BFN's and a hole in our wallets
    Natural BFP #4 on 9/7/12 gave us our miracle on 5/18/13

    No advice, but just wanted to wish you the best. At least they are watching you closely and adjusting your meds accordingly.

    How many follicles do you have? My estrogen has been really high but since I have around 20 follicles they weren't as worried but I did go to the office every other day for my E2 and u/s. It pretty much would double every 48 hours. After 9 days of stims I was at 4062. 

    GL I hope everything is great and that they just keep adjusting your meds and nothing gets cancelled!

    I believe 8 on the right side and 6 on the left n they were measuring good

    I have no advice, but I don't think I would be too concerned. I guess they just want to make sure that they aren't become mature before the follicle grows to the mature size. I don't know, that may be a stretch in the thought pattern. I am assuming measuring half a vial of Menopur is not easy.

    Beta#1, 9/26/12: 719 Beta#2, 9/28/12: 1,436 Beta#3, 10/1/12: 3,446
    1st u/s on 10/10/12: It's Twins! We found out on 12/16/12 that we were having two BOYS!
    C & D were born on 5/16/13 at 10:46 am and 10:47 am

    Sounds like you're right on track. Adjusting meds is a normal part of the process and if they're lowering your dose that's a good sign that things are going well.

    DX: Unexplained/??? MFI issues

    Our lil' lost sparks:
    5w3d loss 7/30/10 - EDD March 2011
    8w loss 4/15/11 - EDD November 2011
    8w3d loss 8/2/12 - EDD March 2013
    4w c/p loss 10/29/12 - EDD July 2013

    Long story: trying on our own + testing testing testing with 6 rounds of Clomid, more testing, injectables + TI, laparoscopy - one tube blocked, 2 IUIs with Follistim...BFNs.
    RPL testing all normal, Karyotyping normal

    Moving on to IVF.

    IVF #1 April 2012 = BFN, IVF #2 June 2012 = BFP. U/S 7/23 = saw heartbeat but measuring behind. Follow up U/S on 7/30 - no heartbeat. D&C 8/2. Trisomy 12. IVF #3 Oct 2012 = Chemical Pregnancy

    Phone consult with CCRM on 12/12/12 - ODWU 1/4/13 - both tubes clear(!) - AFC 24, AMH 3.2, FSH 9.6, LH 5.4, E2 25. DH has high frag rate but improved!
    IVF #4 March 2013 CCRM. EP protocol w/ Menopur, Gonal-F & Dexamethasone. ER 3/29 & IMSI, PICSI. 43R 13M 10F 6blasts bio'd. CCS testing reveals 3 normals!!!
    FET 5/31/13 of 1 4AA blast - thawed and expanded. 4dp5dt BFP.
    Beta 9dp5dt = 181, 11dp5dt = 427. 1st u/s showed a healthy heartbeat! EDD 2/16/14

    After 4 years of hoping and heartbreak, our sweet little bean was born on 2/19/14
    We are so in love with her.

    I think you are fine... at first they were only seeing 8 & 7 for me too. FX that things stay good. I loved that I was monitored closely bc you get to see the follicles growth every couple of days!

    No advice, but good luck tomorrow - hopefully you will have more answers!

    I don't see any reason to be worried. When they lower your dosage, that is a good thing. It means you are on track and follicles are growing nicely. Your estrogen doesn't seem too high for a 3rd monitoring appt.
