quick help please, questions to ask daycare

We need to find a new daycare for my son to start at tomorrow if possible (long story that I'll share later tonight when I have time).  We're going to interview an in-home place tonight, basically our only option besides me quitting work which I don't want to do or think we can afford.  It's been so long since I've needed to do this.  Please give me questions to ask.  Tia

Here are the main things we were concerned with:

* What is the max number of kids she will ever have
* What is their daily routine
* What is her arrangements for sleeping / nap time
* What are her thoughts on dicipline
* What kind of vacation schedule does she herself take
* Does she give us "sick" days or vacation day discounts

I just interviewed someone last week.  Our sitter has been a nightmare so we're starting with someone new in September when I come back from summer vacation.

 How many kids do you watch at a time?

What do parents need to provide? (diapers, food, etc)

How early can I bring him and how late can he stay?

What is your sick policy?

What is your policy on friends/ family picking up lo?

What is your daily routine with the kids?

Do you take the kids outside? on walks?  How do you handle that many at once?

Do you take any vacation time?

Cost?
