Bed sharing with 2 under 2

Has anyone had success with bed sharing 2u2?

Unless a sleep miracle happens in the next few months (where DD will sleep somewhere other than right next to me), I need to figure out how to make it work with two babies in the bed.

 (they will be 14m gestationally apart)

Any suggestions/tips from the btdt crowd?

We did. My oldest slept between DH and I and the baby slept between me/the bedrail.

You could also sidecar the crib for the baby like so--
