Yay bleeding stopped! (Some TMI)

I feel like I have achieved my first major milestone - bleeding after m/c 11 days ago has finally tapered down to just a bit of pink after wiping so I'm calling that DONE.

Next major milestone - HCG bloodwork friday, FX for a zero! Who would have thought I would get excited about being able to fail a pregnancy test??

These little milestones help me get by day to day. If I think longer term, that it may be 3 or 4 months before we can officially TTC, it's too depressing.

BFP#1 1/31/12, EDD 10/6/12 Harrison Gray born sleeping @ 18w6d. You changed our lives little guy.
BFP#2 EDD 10/29/13, C/P 2/25/13, Bye little Ish, we barely got to know you.
BFP#3 EDD 12/21/13, Baby Boots born 11/23/13 My rainbow baby!

    Hooray for no more bleeding! That is definitely a milestone to celebrate. Big Smile FX that your HCG will be 0 on Friday. Continue to celebrate the little things, it will get you through.

    I know I was thinking the same thing the other day. I had another round of HCG levels checked and all I could think was: "if I did a HPT it would still be positive and I'm not pg!!" I don't know why but that really grated on me for a while. I think it will be a few months before I can TTC again but just watching the levels come down right now is getting me through, then the thought of AF and then.. being able to finally try again. Day by day.. is all we can do.. fx for a big fat ZERO!! ((HUGS))

    The day you can say you are done bleeding is definitely a day to celebrate.

    TTC since April 2010
    BFP #1 – March 2011, missed m/c April 2011
    BFP #2 – October 2011, m/c November 2011
    Surprise BFP #3 – December 2011, diagnosed as cornual, terminated January 2012
    BFP #4 – June 2012, m/c July 2012
    Diagnosed with bicornuate ute and MTHR gene mutation
    BFP #5 – October 2012, missed m/c November 2012
    BFP #6 – January 2013, m/c March 2013
    No longer TTC. Diagnosis: Hostile ute. Heartbroken and bitter. Pursuing surrogacy.
    June 2013 - Carrier found! Could this really happen?!

    That's great.  I agree that it's helpful to focus on each milestone as a step forward, it can be overwhelming to thing about everything else all at once.

    I'm really glad that your bleeding has stopped and I hope your HCG comes back at zero.  Little milestones should definately be celebrated, looking long-term can be a little overwhelming.  Fingers (and toes!) crossed for you.

    Thank goodness for small victories!  I know I was relieved to stop bleeding on Friday.
