FTM ??-- When Should I prep?

Okay so I am just about 29 weeks. Our stash is complete both for Newborn and OS diapers. My question is when is a good time to start prepping them? Also should I prep both the newborn and OS diapers at the same time, or wait on the OS diapers? Thanks!!

Well, it depends on what you have. 

Any natural fibers, you can prep whenever you want.  It usually takes me a whole day, so you can get a head start on that process. And this must be done separately from any synthetics. 

Any synthetic fibers just need to be washed to get the factory dirt off.  I wouldn't bother with those yet.  

After the naturals are prepped, you can wash them all together and then put them away, I would do that final wash closer to your due date.

I'm 34 weeks and I just prepped. I would have prepped sooner but I just finished our stash

I prepped around 34 weeks and delivered at 39 weeks. I prepped all the diapers I had and just put the OS in DS's dresser until he was big enough for them (which wasn't very long!).

I started prepping a week or so ago, around 37 weeks. I meant to do it before but got lazy. I have been doing a load every couple of days and they have been washed 4 times now. I think I will do one more round of prepping and then put them away until she arrives.

I only prepped the newborn size stuff, though. I figure I can prep the one size stuff once she gets closer to fitting into it.
