I have that one and, honestly, it's not the best. I have cheaper strollers from target that are better. My main complaint is the weight limit/steering. The weight limit says 50ish pounds but my 30lb toddler makes it impossible to push and steer. It was great when he was younger and lighter though!
We saw your question and would be happy to help you with anything like a user's manual, etc. It sounds like a pretty good deal. The Zooper Twist should not be difficult to push! We can help with things like that with instructions or replacement parts.

Zooper- so is what I'm experiencing a fluke? I put him in it today and I could not steer it at all. It's almost impossible to push. He weighs 30.5lbs. Any ideas? I'd love to be able to recommend the stroller as I used to love it...
We have a Zooper Twist and we love it. We use it just about every single day when we go for a walk and we've never had a problem with it. DS is only 26 lbs., but I can't imagine an extra 4 lbs. making a difference in the steering.
There was a recall and they replaced the armrest bar, so make sure you get the correct armrest bar.

We have a Zooper Twist. I like it ok. It's not the greatest, but that's a really good price for what you get. It folds up super easy, very small, lightweight and has an awesome sunshade.
I really loved it until I got my Schwinn jogging stroller and realized what I was missing out on. I will never take my Zooper for another walk around my neighborhood. Now that I have the Schwinn, I realize that my Zooper is super heavy/hard to push on the road and gives DD a really bumpy ride.
But for the mall/shopping center, it's fine - nice and small to get around racks and people.
