What do you think of rhyming names? Only ok for first and middle names? What would you think of a first and last name rhyming?

NMS, but I certainly don't think it's the end of the world. I do think it could cause some teasing, though.

I think it's way too cutesy. I agree with a previous poster that it's not the end of the world, but I am guilty of eye rolling when I hear them.

Like PP have said, not the end of the world, but I would avoid if possible.

We have twins in our school Brent and Trent- and I wince everytime I hear them called together (they are in the same class and get into a lot of mischief together!)

I always think, "what were the parents thinking?". I remember going to school with a Tim Swim. I mean, really?? I don't think its that big of a deal if the fn and mn rhyme because they won't be used together that often but I still wouldn't do it.

When people mispronounced my maiden name (which at least 75% of people did) it rhymed with my first name.

It annoyed the crap out of me.

First and middle names? Not a big deal. How often do you actually use your first and middle name together besides when you sternly use your kids name when they're doing something they're not supposed to be doing...lol. I can't think of too many people who know my middle name outside of family. Maybe my 3 closest friends and that's it.

First and last is awful, since you are referred to by your first/last name all of your life.

FYI... Lia Sophia is a line of jewelry often sold via home demonstrations, kinda like Avon or Tupperware or Pampered Chef.   Just sayin'.

It's a little odd, but much better as a fn/mn combo than a fn/ln combo. I knew an Ana Tatiana in college and once I had known her for a while, I stopped thinking about the fact that her name rhymed.
