Pre-wash Kawaii's and BG 4.0

It seems every site I read I get a different answer.  Do I have to wash these multiple times?  Just the inserts?  Just once?

    I always thought you just wash them once to prep, but the BG 4.0 I have that are bright colors (zinnia, moonbeam) have stickers on them recommending 6 washes separately before washing with lighter colors.

    Agree with PP - they only have to be washed once for absorbancy.  However, BG recommends that you wash more so your colors don't run, although I haven't seen that as a common problem.

    I always just wash microfiber once before using.  They'll get more absorbent as they get washed more, but once has always been fine for me to go ahead and use.
