3u3 and leaving the house

any suggestions on leaving the house to go and do something/anything? I feel like I have been trapped in my house/backyard since our 3rd baby was born. My 2 yr old is crazy fast and like most 2 year olds doesn't really listen all that well. My 1 yr old DD is walking/running. I would love to take them to story time, open gym, the park but logistically how can I keep up with them and get them to and from stores/libraries? 

Does anyone have any advice? Suggestions? TIA!

    I think baby wearing is going to be key. You'll wear the baby and take the other 2 in a double stroller. I would give them freedom time in an enclosed place like open gym. For the park you'll probably want to wait a bit until you feel like you can trust your 2 year old to not run off if you're helping your one year old on something. I still wear the baby if I am at the park with my toddler. She's still very likely to run off or so something to difficult.
