My hours ramped up suddenly last week so I hired a nanny to watch LO while I work from home.  Just now I came out of my office to grab something to eat and she casually mentioned that he had been rolling over.  I was like "from front to back?"  - which he has done before.  Nope, from back to front, which he has never once done. 

What a bummer.  But now I know how my husband feels.
