NTTCAL Related: Bump Picture Question

So I would like to inject a little personality into my signature, since I really feel like that has helped me to recognize and know you ladies, however I am practically computer illiterate.  I checked out the Bump FAQs and it talked about using photo bucket and "right clicking" to get an image location.  So here are my questions:

 1. Must you use Photo Bucket or could I use Snapfish (where all my pics are stored)?

2.  I have a Mac, so no right clicking option is available.  Any Mac users want to tell me how to work that?
