Expired corn bread mix?

It's Marie Callender's corn bread mix, and it expired october of last year, would you still use it?

    Nope. If it was Jiffy, I would say go for it. I've tried Marie Callendar's when expired and it is NOT good. Jiffy does just fine when expired. (Can you tell I never clean out the pantry?) Stick out tongue
